A full selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cold cuts & pastries are available from our buffet. For a hot breakfast please advise your Waitron as to your selection from the following:

 

Hot selection:

 

Fried, scrambled or poached eggs served with your choice of bacon, beef or pork chipolata sausage, sautéed baby potatoes, sautéed mushrooms and grilled plum tomato

 

Poached haddock on sautéed potato with confit tomato and a poached egg

 

Eggs Benedict

Served on an English muffin with ham, spinach and hollandaise sauce

 

Toasted cheese, Oberland style

Sliced bread, sautéed in butter with mustard, Hickory ham Gruyere cheese, soft fried egg and sautéed mushrooms

 

Blueberry flapjacks

Served with maple syrup and Chantilly cream

 

French toast

Served with honey and Chantilly cream

 

East Coast oysters & Sparkling wine

(6 oysters served with chilli & lime sorbet and a glass of sparkling wine)
